This well-crafted RTA (ready-to-assemble) mattress foundation is the ideal non-toxic alternative to a box spring. Designed with sturdy 3" slats for optimal mattress support and airflow, it pairs beautifully with latex and natural mattresses.

Wrapped in a breathable blend of 100% organic cotton and wool, this foundation is free from toxic glues and chemical flame retardants—offering clean support from the ground up.

Ships flat for easy transport and assembly. Handcrafted in South Carolina.
