RETURN POLICY & WARRANTY GUIDELINES

We carefully curate premium sleep products from a trusted network of manufacturers, artisans, and wellness-focused partners who share our commitment to quality, comfort, and healthy sleep. Because our collection includes products from multiple vendors, return eligibility, trial periods, and warranty coverage may vary by product.

When concerns arise, our team works closely with both our vendor partners and our customers to find the best possible resolution. We are committed to treating every situation fairly and doing our best to create a positive outcome for everyone involved.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Organic Heirloom Mattress

We offer a 100-Night Sleep Trial on our Organic Heirloom Mattress.

We encourage customers to allow an adjustment period of at least 30 nights, as it can take time for both the body and the mattress to adapt.

If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 100 nights of delivery.

To qualify:

• Mattress must be in sanitary condition.  
• Mattress must be free of stains, odors, abuse, or damage.  
• Mattress must pass inspection prior to approval.  
• Any required adjustment or trial period must be completed before initiating a return.

Approved returns will be processed according to the terms of the Sleep Trial.

All Other Products

Because Sleep Sovereign offers products from multiple manufacturers and vendors, return policies vary by product.

Some items may be eligible for:

• Repair  
• Replacement  
• Manufacturer warranty service

Other products may be considered final sale due to hygiene requirements, custom manufacturing, special-order status, or vendor restrictions.

If you experience an issue with a product, please contact us before assuming a return is unavailable. We will review the situation, consult with the manufacturer when necessary, and work diligently to determine the most favorable solution available under the applicable vendor policy.

While we cannot guarantee refunds on products governed by third-party vendor policies, we advocate on behalf of our customers whenever possible and strive to achieve fair and reasonable resolutions.

Unauthorized Returns

Please do not return merchandise without prior authorization.

Unauthorized returns may be refused, delayed, returned to sender, or subject to additional handling fees imposed by the manufacturer or carrier.

Any applicable refund will generally be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected.

WARRANTY GUIDELINES

Most products sold by Sleep Sovereign are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty.

Warranty terms, coverage periods, and remedies vary by product and manufacturer.

To help preserve warranty eligibility:

• Retain your proof of purchase.  
• Follow all product care instructions.  
• Use proper foundations, support systems, and accessories as recommended.  
• Keep mattresses clean and protected.  
• Do not remove the law tag from mattresses or other products where applicable.

Mattress Protection Requirement

We strongly recommend using a waterproof mattress protector from the first day of ownership.

Many manufacturers consider stains, moisture damage, or unsanitary conditions to be exclusions from warranty coverage, regardless of the nature of the claim.

PRODUCT-SPECIFIC WARRANTIES

Warranty coverage varies by manufacturer and product category.

For warranty information regarding a specific mattress, pillow, topper, bedding product, adjustable base, or accessory, please contact us and we will gladly provide the applicable warranty details.
