Organic Cotton Quilted Baby Mattress Pad - Bassinet, Changing Table & Custom Sizes

PURE ORGANIC COTTON PROTECTION

Made with 100% certified organic cotton inside and out, this substantial quilted pad adds a soft, breathable layer of protection without synthetic fabrics, foams or waterproof membranes.

THICKER, MORE ABSORBENT CONSTRUCTION

A dense layer of certified organic needle-punched cotton batting is quilted between two layers of organic cotton damask, creating a thicker, more absorbent pad than most organic mattress pads.

It adds a beautiful layer of softness while helping protect the mattress beneath from everyday moisture, perspiration and messes.

FOR MORE MOISTURE PROTECTION

Cotton is naturally absorbent rather than waterproof. For accidents and heavier moisture, we recommend layering this pad over our felted EcoWool moisture pad.

Layering order:

Mattress → EcoWool Moisture Pad → Organic Cotton Quilted Pad → Fitted Sheet

CHOOSE YOUR SHAPE

Bassinets, cradles, co-sleepers and changing tables come in many different shapes, so we make this pad in several configurations.

Please select the lettered shape that matches your mattress and use the Shape Key in the product images as your visual reference.

A – Oval / Fully Rounded Ends
An elongated oval shape with fully rounded ends. Commonly used for Moses baskets.

B – BabyBay
Straight on one end with a fully rounded opposite end.

C – Hourglass / Halo
Rounded ends with contoured, inward-curving sides.

D – Rectangle / Cradle
A traditional rectangle with straight sides and square corners.

E – Rectangle with Rounded Corners / Bassinet
A traditional rectangular shape with gently rounded corners.

The letter you select when ordering determines the shape of your finished pad. Please refer to the Shape Key in the product images before making your selection.

If you’re unsure which shape you need, send us a photo and your measurements before ordering. We’re happy to help.

SUBSTANTIAL, MULTI-PURPOSE LAYER

At approximately 2.5 lbs for a crib size, this is a substantial cotton layer rather than a thin mattress protector. It can even double as a heavyweight cotton quilt, especially on cooler nights.

MACHINE WASHABLE

Machine wash and dry as needed for easy everyday care.
